GuanChengXin runs its own zinc alloy die casting plant in Dongguan, China — about 3,000 square metres of floor space and close to 20 years of production behind it. We are a manufacturer, not a trading company, which means design, tooling, die casting, polishing, plating and packing all happen under one roof and inside one quality system.
That matters most on small, detailed parts. A bottle cap is unforgiving: a 0.1 mm shift in the neck bore, a plating bath that runs 30 seconds short, a polishing line that rounds an edge — each one shows up on the shelf. Perfume Zamac Caps
A perfume cap is the part your customer touches first and the part that gets photographed. It has to feel heavy enough to justify the price, close cleanly, and still look right after months on a dresser.
We build perfume caps in Zamak 3# around the FEA 15mm standard neck, with a precision plastic insert inside the cap to hold the fit and keep the fragrance sealed. If the brief is premium positioning and a cap that photographs well, Zamac wins: it is the only one of the four that holds fine relief, takes real metal plating, and feels expensive in the hand.
